WOuld someone please explain to me what this is about? I don't know much about betting horses or horse racing contests in Vegas. Thanks.

alot of books there have race contests to draw buisness and the gaming board in all there wisdom are making them have everything go through a computer.These contests are losers for the books and it would cast a small fortune to get a systen approved by the gaming board so something that was good for the average player will more than likely end
