I spoke with Scotty and Bill from Pan Am and we spoke for awhile. I expressed my concerns about the slow pay which I was very satisfied with their explanation. Sometimes having some background about what is happening is even more important than what is happening. I was explained that the banks were closed and being this was their first holiday in Panama they were not prepared for this. Is it believeable sure it is. To their credit they did offer other means of payment. I was just really pissed off and needed to vent.
As far as their software and limits. We discussed their plans to change their software after the Superbowl and about raising limits. Most of this is attributed to their software. I was angry when I couldn't make a limit bet but these are things that will be worked out in the near future. I didn't realize alot of what goes on behind the scenes when you are staring off and after speaking with these gentlemen I fimly believe they are solid and in the long run they will be a premier place to play. Again I am not saying they have everything in the world today as far as limits but their flex card when funded which will be funded from here on out is by far and away the best means of cashing out. As I said earlier I have cashed out over 10dimes on the flex card and it was within minutes 3 dimes a shot. They do have opionated lines look at the screen as I post this in the NBA they have portland -3 and everyone else has 3.5 this is a nice thing not the vanilla line we see at most shops. All in all I am very satisfied with their quick response and willingness to speak at lenght with me. I will continue to play there and as they grow so will my bet sizes. I will be heading down to Panama for the Superbowl party and I will be meeting the fellas down there and I will return and post of my experiences
