You can't create the market at Parbet. Parbet have to post a line of 76ers +10 then you can choose what vig to lay on this market.
I haven't layed odds yet on Parbet but if they are like the other exchanges you simply click on "lay", enter the odds & stake you want to lay to others and it will appear as an order for bettors to back.
The bet/lay placement interface is not as good at Parbet as some of the other exchanges IMO.

I think I love it- from what I see(not betting).
I imagine that your going against some pretty smart people there tho(somewheres)- right now there seems to be some guy that makes all the lines and you go into them- pretty much 10cent vig- seems they are very slow to move line tho- so you can catch "steam" whatever that is- just dont get burned.
Also how can there be a money problem- they are just a middlemaker whipping out commission- well not as much commission as netteller but still,lol

Look at all the overhead netteller has- they need a linem- no,friendly site- no-some kind of connections- yes connections with all the "providers"...lol
