I saw it...He kinda stumbled over his words but he was meaning to say he was right at the top!

My top 3;

McNabb ( Best all around )
Gannon ( last leg but still at the top )
Manning

Most overrated Chunky Soup Boy WARNER ( Stick a fork in him )

The position as a whole has probably never been so undefined around the league....

Compared to say 1985-1990 era there were many top QBs, the position is a dying breed!

Top Qb`s 10-15 years ago..

Montana
Marino
Elway
Moon
Kelly
Young

No comparison

against McNabb....not that I don't like him, but I always notice that he is at the Top of Everyone's list..if not #1 on the list!

I rate him above Kitna, but no higher than 10th best in the league!

But he sure has looked very iffy since his breakout year...He has never looked the same, he seems so slow back there , reminds me of Kosar when he was wobbling around getting the snot knocked out of him....I hope he has better protection too, oh and Mike Martz is a horrible HEAD COACH! The dumbest on the field strategist , he coaches like he`s playing Madden Football!

Hard to agree with railbird, but McNair is right there with all the rest, unless you don't want a quarterback who is a football player.

There is not a tougher player in the NFL and no other quarterback even comes close. Peyton Manning, even with all the money he makes, can't seem to get the pimples cleared up on his face, much less win a playoff game.

If you question me about McNair being tough, ask anybody who knows.

General Pete, this time you are off base. I know being tough does not automatically equal being good, but this guy has led his team to a Super Bowl and an AFC Championship game and just refuses to lose.

I don't know of anybody I'd rather have in the 2-minute offense with a big game on the line. This guy is money.

The experts say he is atop the league. Who am I to argue? God bless him. Take a look at his turnovers though. The best is better protecting the ball. Manning is still the best IMO, but maybe a homer decision.

Sorry General, Manning not mobile enough for me to be the best.

I remembered this thread and had to find it...But General you know your team must win the division, I assure you the Colts want no part of Baltimore 25 degree weather in late December!

BTW I saw those Colts highlights...That was some of the worst special teams tackling ever! And 1st and goal at the 1 ???!! That game had to make Indy fans sick! Wait does Indy have any Colts fans,lol..Kidding Gen
