I was about to manage the business initiative/marketing side of a smaller book until they dropped the smaller book salary demands on me. I would gladly do it for someone else, but my demands have gone up.

Maybe we should put up ourselves on EBay and see what the bids end up being

If you are a linesmaker you have to get a % structure of what you make the offie instead of a flat salary.Never going to make big money being on a salary
