Big surprise...appears they've been stuck for 30 minutes or so.

When they're working, I think ESPN.com's scoreboards have the best format/information. But it seems they've got problems 2-3 times per week.

Wagerline.com is another one that can be good. Their updates are either as fast as anyone, or really bad.....not much middle ground.

The best "unknown" scoreboard in the business..

Jan will reflect new changes to the socreboard, plus the new live odds service that will freak the competition out.

That is a nice scoreboard. Not the prettiest out there, but seems a little quicker than the others. Also like that they list them by rotation number.

With a few upgrades, this could be a great scoreboard.

Funk- ESPN.com's score updates suck. It's slow, freezes up far too often and they make a lot of mistakes. Many times a game has started and they still have no scoring updates on it. A real half ass operation. Don't bother sending ESPN an e-mail though. They don't answer them. They're too big for that. CBS sportsline is a far better score service.

Pet peeve of mine, ESPN rarely "finishes" the period on their NHL scoreboard!

Instead of "1st Period End", they'll just keep "0:27 1st Period" on the scoreboard. What the hell? Finish the damn period!!!!!

As I said, I've grown accustomed to ESPN's format. I like being able to see the box scores, game logs, etc. But yes, their speed/accuracy is questionable. You'd expect more from ESPN, the so-called "world leader in sports".

Another pet peeve (this seems to happen in college hoops) is when the score for a specific game will freeze with several minutes (5, 6, etc.) remaining in the 2nd half. And your team is winning by 5, and they gotta cover 4, and you have no clue what is going on. And you keep refreshing the page, but the score/time doesn't change. Then, after 20 minutes, you hit refresh again, and suddenly the score is a FINAL. So you have no time to prepare yourself for the good (or bad) news!

My name is Funk Monkey, and I'm a scoreboard junky.

I've found that NBA.com scoreboard is pretty good, actually pretty fast, they are only like 10 seconds behind the games. If you click the HTML link it will give very nice updates in detail.

Funky, next time it does that clear your browser cache and all cookies, then close all browser windows and go back to the site and it should be updated.

Your best bet is to try another site.

I had the Nicks tonight in the first QT -1.5 and left the house for about a half hour, just enough time for the QT to be completed. I came back in to check the score and seen there was still 7:56 left in the 1st QT? LOL..I was thinking somthing happened had the arena and they started late. So I goto the book I made the wager to check lines and see that my balance was up

I then went to scored plays and seen it was scored a win already, lol. ESPN was still showing 7 minutes left. SAD, VERY SAD!
