What are some promos that you would like to see books come up with? The typical ones seem to be 10-20% new account bonus, 5 cent juice on Fridays, free half points etc. Here are a few I wouldn't mind seeing.

1) The "bad beat" bonus - If you lose a wager by a half point, you lose only half of the amount wagered. Ex) you had over 178.5 - $110 to win $100 in Port/NJ game. It lands on 178. You lose $55.

In baseball, perhaps this could be adjusted so that if your team goes into the ninth with the lead and loses, the same rule applies.

2) Loyalty rewards - Some books have this, but it is impossible to figure out what you get and when. It would be nice to have a fixed rewards table which applies wheter you are up or down.

Ex) After $5k in wagers, you get a $25 three team parlay. After $10k a free $50 cash bonus or a t-shirt and mug. Stuff like that.

3) The "best-bet" promo. I didn't invent this, but I just noticed it at betmaker. You pick one game a week and tell them that it is your best bet. If it wins, you get an extra 15% added to the win amount. I think this is an awesome idea.

4) Another "bad beat" idea. If you pick 5 or more games on the same call or betting ticket, and they all lose, you get a Bonus Play for half the total amount wagered. Ex) 5 plays for $100 all lose, you get free $250 play. My friend went 0-8 on Sunday. He would liked this one.

5) Casino promo. If you make at least $5k in wagers over the month, you get a free $50 to use in the casino risk free.

Some ideas I have. Don't know if they are financially feasible, but I think some are kinda cool.

Anybody else have others?

I like rule 1....doubt they go for half, but even 5-10% would be nice. there would have to be some other stipulations to make this possible sicne youre cutting into the book's potential even action on both sides.

betcris already does #2 I wish more books would do it. there's nothing wrong with a mouse pad that says "betcris"

How about a book that fixes it's lines by a certain hour (say 10am CST) in the day and doesn't change them so you can bet late knowing you'll get the same number and not worry about it moving against you. I'd buy THAT for a dollar.
