I am lookin to get Navy for up to a dime. Just thought I would see if anyone wanted to do it on here with no juice. I would pay immediately after the game was over if I were to lose...could pay via neteller, paypal or bankwire (western union).

Just send the Western Union to a book and bet it with them. That way you know you will get paid if you win.
