I do like Mcginnis but he's had enough time to put together 1 winning season regardless of talent, look at what Parcells did this year. Williams took a good team and made them terrible so no surprise there. Jauron, I'm surprised they let him go, seemed like the Bears were finnally starting to get their crap together.
