Why is it that the only people I ever see bashing a book for being slow paid or no paid are people with 1-10 posts at the RX. This guy just came in here bashing WWTS for not paying him for 6 weeks. I check and see he has 4 posts at the RX. This is hard to believe because WWTS is easily a top 10 book and I can't recall ever hearing of someone having money problems there. For the life of me I can't understand that. I never see any regulars here or other forums complaining about a slow or no pay. It's only the people with 1-10 posts that somehow come to these forums to bash a book. And what makes things worse.....these people never give any details. Sure, maybe they are not getting paid....but are they scamming a book. We dont know because all they do is bash without telling us the whole story! They come in make their 1 post saying how this and this book hasn't paid them for 3 weeks. Then you don't here from them again.

Enough of this garbage. If, in fact, you are being slow paid or no paid and have come here to bash that book, at least have the decency to share some details with everyone else.

But before you bash the book, why not email a MOD here and tell him the whole story. See what he can do for you and what he suggests. I know The General or RPM or THE SHRINk will do what they can to fix whatever is wrong. There are ways to handle every situation. Coming here to publically bash a book before using the other available options is just plain unjust.

This has already been addressed a few weeks ago and unsubstantiated claims/slander/bashing will be removed until more facts are presented.

Those people are just scammers who are trying to extort the book. Time after time we see that these people have circumvented limits, opened multiple accounts, etc, etc.

The reason they only have a handful of posts is that they are established posters who don't have the balls to use their normal posting handle.

I've noticed this too.

It seems 95% of the gripes here are from ghosts and/or scammers. All it does is slander books.

RPM is right, dont bash everyone! Remember that only about 5% of internet gamblers even know about sites like these! When they HAVE a problem is usually when they look for help on the net!

That being said, I would imagine that about 50% of the new posters are actually ghosts of current users who dont want their name in the deal until it is resolved

Agree with RPM. People are aware taht this is a site that deals with book problems if they are not aware te will quickly learn about the Rx and request help. The veterans here are on top of the book rankings and stay away from questionable books thus no complaints. just a thought.

It certainly is a tricky balancing act. One one hand we need to encourage non-users of forums like this to post to find out what is going on, and/or get help solving a problem. On the other hand, scammers use forums like this one to apply pressure on the book/casino. we had one recently where a scammer pointed to flames he had posted and then demanded even more!

Sadly, I'm not quite sure what the answer is...

I think the answer is simple...

Like RPM said, this is how people get here in the first place (like me, for example)

Then when they stick around here they learn how to avoid getting scammed. It's really no accident at all if you think about it. The more info. you have the less likely you are to
get scammed.

And I did have a slow pay incident at SIA after I became a regular here, just to give a small counterexample to your theory.

But I agree in that complaints without supporting facts are unjust.
