Mine is lightning fast TIMEOUTS!!!
Can't stand this.
I get up to go to the bathroom, come back, and I'm timed out having to reload the site, login, go to the bet page. It seems like sites are getting worse rather than better on this issue.

Now I know the boks give the excuse of preventing fraud and someone using your computer blah blah blah. OK, so can't the book set their software to give the player the OPTION of when to timeout -- 1 min, 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hr or NEVER. Then whatever happens the player can't bitch because he/she chose that timeout feature. Seems like a customer service niche that books could tap.

My rant for the day.

most of the reason they do this is because of bandwith,books that dont have alot have short timeouts

Pinnacle is not the worst at all. Somehow I rarely get TO'd there. Royal and BetJamaica are up there for fast TO's. Hollywood and PanAm also.

IIS) Fast timeouts

Intertops) having to scroll through all the games that are finished before i can get to the upcoming games

B365) when reviewing "unsettled bets" cannot see what the bet is without clicking on the Bet ticket...

Pinnacle) When reviewing account bets doesnt specify the Bet
