This is Justin from BHB, most of you know me as "the nicer guy from BHB"
icon_wink.gif
. Scott has told me he will no longer be posting in these forums.
(This is me talking, not Scott)- He does a great deal for you guys and BHB and takes a lot of sh*t along the way. I would be just as pissed as he is but I do not convey it the same manner. It seems to me as though, a lot of people don't know what goes on behind the scenes. These attacks are a pain in the ass for ALL of us (especially our players (more than 50)).
I will still be here constantly as I have always been, doing what I can, in the best way I know how.

We are offering 20% CASH sign-ups and 15% CASH re-ups. Take advantage of this now, as we will most likely be changing things around very shortly. Scott has taken some advice from a thread he started a week or so ago - lower bonuses, lower vig, etc, etc. We are trying to make ourselves better for you guys/girls/posters/players.
If you have any questions, we will be here ASAP as usual.
Thank you and good luck.
Justin

P.S. Our site is still down and we hope to have it up soon.

Have you thought about changing your server software to Linux? I heard Linux can prevent those bastards from launching dos attacks.

Out of curiosity, what are the rules regarding being able to cash out with the bonus (signup and re-up)? And what is the maximum on the bonuses?

Thanks!

Boxing Freak,

All you have to do in regards to cashing out on the bonus is to rollover the required amount.(the deposit plus the bonus) Anything under 3k is a 4x rollover. There is no 30 day hold or anything like that. Once you've rolled over the required amount, the bonus is yours to cash out.

Elk, this has nothing to do with the servers operating systems-it's a "choking" of the available bandwidth.

Justin, that change is probably a pretty good PR move, and may also cut back on the number of Vail's that Scott is(or should be) eating.

p.s. Let him know that www.our****ingsiteisupnow.com is still available if he wants to snag it.

I got an e-mail from Max yesterday that I wasn't able to open or even view; when I click to mail him directly I get a blank field for the e-mail address. I sent him a message to both of the BHB Hotmail addresses to this effect but have not yet heard back from him. Let him know if you would please.

How do I go about checking on my account.

Futures were placed and looking for balance and pending wagers. With no access to site, any thoughts on what to expect.

Thanks!

You can call the wagering line and ask for your balance and all pending wagers. The number is 1-800-242-0650.

This is just my personal experiences with BHB...

I am only speaking for myself now. I have dealt with BHB the past 7 months with deposits, contests and just plain shooting the breeze. I have never been slow paid and whenever I have a question, the great CS guys are always quick to reply. I know the site being down is a pain in the ass but until we prove that its not a DoS attack I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. They always treated me well and they have always treated the posters here in a very generous manner. Hell, their contest gave away 1000 a week and over 25000 total. What other contest can even come close to those prizes!!!

I know I have been harsh towards them recently, but in all honesty I was just voicing some frustration over the way I was being treated with the contest. It was not fair on my part and I am apologizing now. They have been genrosu and I have no reason to complain and I bare no ill will towards them.

Once again, the site issue sux, but until I can NOT give them the benefit of the doubt.....I will!

scott, it would be better if you hired a pr guy to post for you.......maybe the same pr firm that gets your name out in the mainstream media....every 3 steps forward you make with the mainstream pr, you lose 5 steps for the posts you make for your place, just my honest opinion

I have to agree with Clevfan. I have been wagering offshore/online since I first hooked up with Sportingbet in 1998. I am always looking for new "Outs" and therefore I read these forums on a daily basis, even though I rarely post.

BHB has clearly proven that customer service means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! in their eyes. So you pay on a timely basis? Shouldnt that be a given?? - so do many ,many other books. Why anyone would put themselves through the hassel of dealing with such arrogent, ignorant bastards is beyond me. So you had a bad day? That's reason enough to rip everyone from RX posters to an entire race of people (referring to the work ethic comment here)???

Count your blessings. If the vast majority of us ripped clients/customers while representing an employer, we'd be out of a job in a heartbeat. You rip your customers, employees and the people of your country, and still stay in business. Unbe;oevable!!

Maybe you should pay the russians instead of offering bonuses? You need a site running otherwise you have no business running.

What kind of company has a person like scott posting that cannot control himself? Justin this kind of thing happens alot. Especially in the gambling industry. Good luck to scott in the furure.

I guess I can take a few things said here as a compliment. Our website BeverlyHillsBookie.com is still down and we greatly apologize for the inconvenience. I know our techs and ISP have been working on fixing the problem. We hope to have it up very soon.
Thank you and good luck.
