well it amuses me to report that Easybets has justified stiffing me for five figures by claiming that I'm professional
icon_rolleyes.gif

if only that were so!

but get this: the way they came to this conclusion was by dragging my name through the "sportsbook only" forum, seeking any reason not to pay me, and found out that I'd beaten a few other books too

these guys are scum of the earth and have made clear that, if you don't want to be stiffed and have your name made public, you better not: 1) deposit with Easybets, and 2) win at Easybets

Before you start insulting my employer on a public forum, maybe you should give me a call first, and we might be able to resolve this.

Unless you happen to be the same guy from San Francisco. The same guy who shares his name with 200 others in the Phone book in the same state....and the same guy who has been doing chargebacks off a large number of betting companies, in which case you are not a professional gambler, but a professional scam artist.

If I am wrong, I apologise....Fkm, markkf or whatever your name is.

Do a check on a poster fkm at majorwager, since I suspect he is related to this case

1. First of all, I did not make your name public, I was informed of your activities by other Sportsbooks, who you had carried chargebacks on.

2. I was informed by respected industry sources who will back me up regarding your activties. Nobody minds anyone winning bets. However, myself and other industry players have no time for credit card fraudsters

3. Your money is still in your Easybets account.

Dear Kenuk

I am still waiting for a response. Quite clearly you are unable to back up your statement. You have already been exposed on one forum, and I am pretty certain that you would like to retain some semblance of dignity on this one.

Of course, it would not be too hard for you to create a new identity now.....would it?

Why don't you have the dignity to call us and ASK for an explanation before making your smart comments.

Guys,

Kenuk is a known chargeback artist. He has done it to us a few times. I do not know anything about easybets, so I cannot comment on them. I do know Kenuk...and he is a scammer and a thief.

BTW....The Wise One....you have'nt been on the forum long enough to be qualified to make your cheap comments. Give us a call before shovelling it on the internet, or have you forgotten to think before you type?

Dear Kenuk

I won't lower myself to the level of certain individuals by calling them scum of the earth in return. Your name was not made public by my company, but was on the Sportsbook only forum.

Quite clearly, each and every attempt to try and discredit my employer has back fired. You have been seen for what you are. Several other Sportsbook employees have informed me of what you are. I have been supported by other posters.

I would also like to state clearly for the record the actions I carried out as soon as I heard this guy was a scam artist. It was on a Saturday afternoon, about 6 hours before the Baylor game started when I received an e-mail from another Sportsbook in response to a potential fraud inquiry from Majorwager.

We made some phone calls to get to the bottom of this. As soon as we realised that we were at risk also, I suspended the clients account, e-mailed him to inform him that the bet he had placed was voided (It was a two team Parley with Baylor NCAAF +52.5).

I also tried calling him. There was no answer.

So I kept my side of the contract. He called back the following day, and asked about his account whereupon I informed him that it was suspended. Naturally, being cautious, I said that there was investigation. I mentioned Scott from Bowmans as well. Initially he denied all knowledge.

His initial denial soon changed. His line was "But all my dealings with your company were honourable". My retort was, "The dealings I have heard about regarding you from at least four other companies have been less than honourable".

My conclusion is this. People like kenuk can hide behind a mask of honour, and respectability. They can claim innocence and hide demanding their right to confidentiality.

Clients want to bet with ease. People like you should be ashamed. People like you are the reason why it is so hard for US Citizens to gamble with their credit cards online.

You got your money. You won in the first place, no problem, but then you did a chargeback as well.

Dear Kenuk

I wish you misery, misfortune, and loneliness in the New Year and Beyond.

Regards

Diarmuid

my own experience of easybets is that they do always pay up. I have not heard of them actually stiffing anyone.

My only criticism is that their spines are made of jelly and they don't like customers who have a head on top of their shoulders.
