Perhaps, but we'll be here long after your earthquakes and deficits drive you freaks out of your ramster-partying state.

Same goodbye to Greg Williams and Drew Bledsoe.
Drew will be a high priced back-up for some team unless he retires. He might be good as a mentor for a team picking some of the first round QB's in 2004 draft.

I think Bledsoe will be around next year. Aside from athetic phenoms Vick, McNair & McNabb there are no QBs that would thrive under the pressure he gets. He's been sacked more than any other QB this year.

Of course there are always the Raiders, where many once fine Football players go to fade away.

Good point wil, it is almost surrealistic how they flock to oakland in the twilight of their careers.

Just like the cockroaches will be the only things left after Armageddon? Congratulations.

The subset of the rest of the world - Cali = cochroaches?? I lived out there for a bit - it's not all it's cracked up to be ... I couldn't wait to get out of that flaming mecca.

How's that economy doing pal?

Lander,

Are you under the delusion that I am a California resident? Sorry, I'm not.

The California econony is pretty bad, as is most of America, but I have to believe that when the general economy bounces back, that California is positioned much more strongly to reap the benefits than some bread warehouse.

FWIW, I am originally from Cleveland, so I know a cesspool when I see one.

Buffalo is like Cleveland, without the glitz
