1) Bonuses? How much? I think I would stick to a 10% bonus with 3x rollover. Also half juice one day of the week.

2) Reduced vig? I would be scared to do this right off the bat but I would have a dime-line in bases. Hopefully move to -107 on sides eventually.

3) Free payouts? Twice a month for me, except WU.

4) Profiling? I know some people object to this but looking at it through a set of business goggles I think it makes sense. Can work against you though.

5) Dual lines? Not sure about that one.

6) Loyalty rewards? Why not. If a guy loses 10k I'll send him a trip to Vegas. I love the idea of rewarding people who constantly give action.

I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of essential considerations, but there's a start. Anyone wanna post-up?

I would give a 10% bonus on all new money with a 5x rollover requirement and offer -107 lines on football/hoops, 15c line for NHL, dime line for MLB.

Payouts would be one free per month (except WU), modest fees for the rest ($15 for Neteller for example)

Profiling -- certainly, but only for line adjustment and limit setting purposes. Certain profiles would get a limit increase and others would not. Nobody would get their limits reduced and nobody would get booted for being intelligent. If I can't beat the sharps with my juice and line movements then I'm the one who needs to get out of the business, not them.

Line movements -- I would have a guy watching Pinnacle like a hawk and making sure our lines don't stray too far from theirs, the basic theory being one side of the line equal to theirs, the other worse, the equal line being the side we want to attract action on to balance our books.

Dual lines -- not in this life.

Loyalty rewards -- same as what you said, good idea.

Active participation on forums -- important to handle customer complaints and to keep confidence high.

Fast payouts -- absolutely essential as is good customer service.

All that is hard work and probably pays off but I'm happy with a modest existence and much, much less work and stress
