We have been speaking with our ITS techs and they seem to believe we are under a different type of DDoS attack. They have been checking into it and talking to our ISP to resolve the situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Our call center is fully operational at 1-800-242-0650. Our regular emails are not working either. If you need to send emails please send to bhbookie@hotmail.com or bhbcs@hotmail.com

Maybe this has been addressed before...but why not send your customers to one of your other sites?

I spoke with them, they stated our ISP is, again, working on another solution but may not be guaranteed. They are constantly working on the problem. We hope to obviously be back up soon. We will keep everyone informed.

Thanks Walk and don't worry about it TT. Getting through this before was hard for everyone, we got underestimated and drilled because we were down for quite a bit. We had plenty of players who stuck with us through the mess, regardless of what was said on these forums.....
Scott gets to the point with his posts (not that I sugarcoat) but when anyone's buttons are pushed, it's hard not to get mad.
Yes, WE KNOW THE SITE IS DOWN and yes our techs are working on it with our ISP, we know it's been longer than normal. Scott, myself and others have been trying to stay on top of everything, it does get difficult and frustrating.

Given that you folks were down for longer than others with a similar problem, have you considered changing ISPs? Although a difficult situation, someone is proving to be inept.

FVCKIN shit sucks! We'll be back up ASAP. Most of the other books just use a pipeline that allows more than enough traffic to get through at any given time. We are gonna try (yet again) to eliminate the problem once and for all.

We will let you guys know as soon as we do.
