Still a no pay - Melvin apparently left the company 2 months ago. The company still owes me $21,056 that has been owed for over a year. I spoke with customer service and they said they don't have record of my balance owed. I have taped conversations of the debt. I was paid $2,050 over a year ago and am still owed $21,056. The CS rep is suppossedly going to look into the matter.
