Strut- I may be one of the people who says it pays for most people to use an honest tout who wins. Here's my logic on the situation. Most people who bet win in the 40-45% range because they have very little information and bet favorites or teams they are familiar with, i.e usually public teams. If you pay $1,000.00 -$2,000.00 to a tout who hits 54% or better, you are far ahead of where you would be. The problem is a decent tout isn't going to come on here and beg for clients. He's busy doing his homework and servicing his clients. Until people realize that they rarely win on their own or until 95% of the scamdicappers are run off from the business, the people who make the lions share of the money are the books and the scamdicappers. Look further into what I'm saying and you will see what I'm telling you has a lot of merit.
