Can clinch a first round bye with an Indianapolis loss or tie.
AFC North
No clinching scenario following Cincinnati's loss to the Rams.
AFC South
Indianapolis has clinched a playoff berth.
Can clinch the AFC South division title with a win against Denver.
Tennessee has clinchwed a playoff berth.
AFC West
Kansas City has clinched the AFC West division title.
Can clinch a first round bye with an Indianapolis loss.
Denver can clinch a playoff berth with a win at Indianapolis:
NFC East
Philadelphia has clinched a playoff berth.
Can clinch the NFC East division title AND a first round bye with a win or tie against San Francisco:
Dallas has clinched a playoff berth.
NFC North
Minnesota
Can clinch a playoff berth with a Seattle loss
Can clinch the NFC North division title with a Green Bay loss AND the strength of victory tiebreaker over Green Bay.

I think Miami is out now (and most likely Wannstedt as well).

(Oh I realized after I posted this it hasn't been updated for the 4pm games, that's why you dont have Miami out yet. Thanks for the playoff info.)
