What about the 100% match bonus you offered in your casino a year ago or so? I was forced to forfeit my winnings just to get my deposit back.

It's a measly $200 so nothing I want to waste more time on. I think I spent more than 2 hours on the phone talking to some shithead called Roger (he was the one who cheated me).
I signed up for the casino and was offered a $500 match bonus. Talked to Roger on the phone and was told that it was a cash bonus (I specifically asked because I knew you were using match play bonuses in the book). I was told that this was true cash so I could withdraw after wagering 10k + waiting for 30 days. Again I asked if this was a 30 day wait or a 30 day active term. 30 day wait I was told. I played some once in a while and after 31 days I withdrew my balance.
Now Roger told me that this of course wasn't a cash bonus but a MP, and I had to play every day for 30 days in a row (on a later call he changed this to just 30 days and not necessarily consecutively).
Of course this was bullshit and I had no interest at all playing for 20 more days when being lied to like that, which was what Roger claimed I needed to do.
Another guy got involved (don't remember the name). At first he offered to send me $200 (which was my balance of $700 minus the bonus of $500). Of course this was unacceptable because I had followed the terms that Roger had given me at the time I deposited. After some emailing back and forth he finally agreed to pay me my $500 back.
edit: I even had the terms by email, but I was told by this other guy that I had never recieved that email and no-one named (don't remember the name of this 3rd guy) had ever worked at Get More.
