i've been involved in the sports betting game a while and have come to a conclusion; the only way to win over the course of time, betting that is, is to have the ability to pick live money line dogs in whatever sport you feel confident handicapping (with baseball it's built in) the mathematics are so much more manageable than killing yourself to beat the 11 to 10, or, for some players much worse

Not a bad way to bet, especially if you handicap and bet your own opinion. The first thing I look for when new NFL numbers are hung every week, is what dogs imo. can win on the field.

In most cases the side has more value than the moneyline.. but not in all cases. You certainly can win money picking the underdog side.

FWIW - This weekend in the NFL the Vikes, Jets, Dolphins, Browns, Redskins, Bengals, and Saints, all deserve some consideration for play as ML dogs. They all stand decent, (some better than others), chances to win their games on the field.
