Complaint About RX Bowl Contest

I think it is crappy that we put up a contest for the College Bowl Season that is open to everyone. The only requirement was that you had to say if you wanted to participate by a certain date. I followed that requirement and put in my picks as the rules stated. I was amazed tonight to see that we handpicked 55 people and said we had to cut it off due to the amount of people who had entered. I think this is crappy as maybe we should have thought about this prior to opening up a contest. I contribute on a regular basis to this forum and I will think twice now about entering any contest run on the forum unless its run by Rio,Skybook, or Pinnacle as these are the only reliable contests that you know will follow their own stated rules listed before the contest and not change them after it has started.

Which contest is this? The one I am running for Royal is still open for posters up until the first game of the contest which is next monday. You can find out more in the Contest Section of this site.

Hate, when is the post deadline for your contest? In other words, do the bowls this wek count?

This is the college bowl contest run by Low Tide in the the college football section of the forum.

Thanks for your responses. Hate I would be more than happy to enter your contest at Royal. Randy thanks for the offer but I couldn't take your place as it would defeat the reason why I wrote this post.

Playersonly, I am using the last 25 bowl games. The ist of the 25 is next monday Dec 22nd.

kojak, i have spoken to the scorekeeper and it seems he had too many people ask to be monitored, therefore he had to cut it off...

i am going to pick up the slack however, and i will monitor any additional players that were not included in that list.......

i will put a thread up in college foots shortly...feel free to post there for the bowls...
