Why do lesser books not realize how important a prompt payout is?

We have all played at numerous books.

You remember who payed, and how fast, without checking your notes.

It's such an overlooked critical factor.

An extra 2/3/4/5 day delay can cost a book mucho future action. And funny enough, they can't guage the action lost.

I think the payout feature should just be outsourced to a degree. Maybe not for 5 figure payoffs, but anything under a certain dollar amount should just be outsourced to Neteller and then they process the transactions instantly. There shouldn't be much, if any, action on the part of a book for the smaller payouts.

I always try a small payout when I first start with a new book.

I like to see how they do business.

Recently went back and forth a bunch of times with intercasinoPoker, they would'nt do a neteller, since I deposited via cash(ludicrous) they would'nt send me a check without a pin number which I never received upon opening my account.

Bottom line, their actions were not exemplary and the entire experience has me not looking to play there in the future.
