anyone ever use the website westernunion.com to send money money to books? They have this notice when sending money:

Western Union strictly prohibits the use of its Internet service to directly or indirectly fund illegal Internet gambling and/or illegal activities.

Does that mean they will deny any transactions to a sportsbook? If not, is sending money through westernunion.com effecient? Thanks....

they won't deny it. They will ask if you know the person you are sending to, just say yes. It is pretty quick. When you send it they have to verify it, this can take up to an hour, but I haven't had that problem. I have used it like 3 times and never had a problem.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

Usually W/U works without a hitch, but I had a few hassels collecting lately ...

had one WU lady demanding that I give the senders phone number before I could pick it up .. made up some excuse about my cousin just moved and didn't have his phone activated yet ...

pain in the ass, but it works.

Western Union has always worked fine for me but never used it for gambling.

I just have a lot of friends down in Costa Rica who owe me money. And some I owe.....
