NFL looking at Playing 2 Monday Night Games

This would be a great idea. It would allow the public to see an extra game on tv that they normally would have had to have a satellite dish,went to a bar, or watched for scores. This would definitely keep alive the tradition on Monday Nights which has gotten worse over the years. I hope ABC antes up and pays Fox and CBS for the rights to the extra game.

Good stuff. MNF gets stuck with some real snoozers late in the season.

Kojak- I believe the games would be played simultaneously and most of the country would watch the better of the two matchups while the other game would be shown regionally.

LOL - Al Michaels would go nuts if he couldn't have the other game on a monitor.

A few years ago they did have 2 Monday night games one night, and only one was shown nationally.

I don't see any value in the NFL for having one game shown nationally and one regionally, compared to having one shown nationally.
