I tried to set up an account with each, got the following message:

SPORTSBETTING.COM does not accept wagers from residents of Canada, Hong Kong, the Netherlands or the Philippines.

We also do not accept wagers from residents or citizens of Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Croatia, Egypt, Estonia, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Taiwan, Thailand or Yugoslavia.

So, why does CANADA appear on their dropdown menu for country, FFS?
