but
quote:
We actually have a couple of players who bet a $100,000 per game, but those are people who have been through MVP International for a couple of years. We know they’re just recreational players.

no I won't bet it... believe it or not my post was not about you. Although I can't blame you for being paranoid these days.

Anyway, I did not make it crystal clear... I was trying to make a point that the first article posted up on this site about a book that had it's website shut down for almost 3 weeks focused on "funky props" and not a more newsworthy item such as its storefront being held hostage. It would seem to me a writer would write about a business being brought to its knees before he would write a tout piece.

Sorry but it has nothing to do with the book, the book in this case just happens to be you.

But now I am thinking (which is dangerous) why release a tout piece that is blatantly written to gather new customers? Shouldn't the piece be geared toward damage control? It could have been a great opportunity to smooth over any bad feelings of the countless customers that were effected by the website being down. Instead we see an effort to bring in new business.

hmmmm

please excuse any spelling mistakes.
thanks

Normal like me you mean? Yes. You would have to build a relationship with us just like they had too. We dont want to be taking action like that if the plays are all sharp. We like the recreational players.

buddyboy, my apologies. and with regards to the press, you get them to talk about you with what they want first, then you as you build your relationship they becme more willing to discuss whatever you want.
