Need Info on Cruises!!!

Obviously not sports related but I was hoping a few people here might be able to recommend or provide info on Cruises. Looking at late January and 1 week.

If anyone has had a good experience with a certain location or liner it would be greatly appreciated.

HTRC Carnival is definately one of the better cruise lines. There is a site that has some pretty reliable reviews on the lines (www.cruisemates.com).

Dante.. we will probably fly out to whatever port we choose. The only time I have been on one was years ago and it was out of San Juan. This is her first one and it's a gift so I've got to plan it without feedback from her. Kind of a reward for not bothering me during football season..LOL..

Cruises can be great fun, but do yourself a favor, stay out of the casino. They have terrible rules, stuff like even money for blackjack, or lose if you and the dealer both get blackjack, etc.

I have thought about one also, have been waiting on cheap internet connections onboard. Anybody get good internet access at a reasonable price while cruising?

You might also have a look at Vacations to Go. They specialise in discounts on underbooked ships and have some phenomenal deals available. I have bought cruise packages there for over 70% off in the past and always been pleased with what I got.

Thanks for the advice WIL.. definitely no gambling on this trip, would rather just enjoy the trip without any aggravation. This ones her vacation and she won't be coming to the RX Bash so I'll have plenty of time then.

I'll be there.. hopefully it will be around the same time as this years was, August would be a good time, and you're on as far as the drinks go, will definitely have a few with the boys.

dont go so cheap youll hate your cruise...dont go norweigan bad service ..... carnivval has more things to do... caribean is like mexico so its beter to go to cosumel or panama....
