Which Book pays the Quickest and why doesn't every other book try to copy them?

I'm guessing Pinnacle?
The people at pinnacle should help the other Books do the same as they do. And then we all won't have so much trouble?

You make alot of sense.

Follow the Pinnacle model.

However, the first step is finding 2-3 solid bookmakers, and hence that is the problem right from the start.

Laspalmas pays quick fast is great but for small players free is also to be considered pinnacle one free amonth then only 15 dollsrs neteller lasplamas some the other books 35 dollars andup I will not play at them any longer
