I am stepping Down as Moderator here...

I am stepping down for a few reasons..

My real life work hrs are changing in the day and I will not be able to do as much.

My work is going to block gambling sites so I may not even be able to view the site in the day when that takes effect..

also to an extent the constant fighting between sites is not my style
I try to make everyone happy and having a very hard time doing that anymore.

I have been a moderator here for over 18 mos and enjoyed it but I am just going to go back to being a regular poster and a contributer. I want to thank everyone that I have worked with ALL are classy people and I have made some good friends.

That is about it. I am not leaving the site just not a moderator as of this day

First, let me say you have done an outstanding job under what at times have been very difficult circumstances.

I, along with many I'm sure, would love to know whether you believe the current leadership (McPatrick Irish) has moved the site forward. To many, it seems as though a number of long-term, well-intentioned posters have left the community. Some are not welcome, apparently.

With the loss of you and RPM one cannot help but wonder whether it's all good. Frankly, even The General seemed to have a little edge during the Royal Sports chat at MW last night.

I ask this because I'm sure there are many who are curious. I would appreciate not being labled as having an agenda for simply asking a few questions.

VVV...My leaving has nothing to do with anyone on here...The wars and the flaming have wore me down over 18mos and I just am tired of it..that is the honest truth...also my work hrs and what not are changing

everyone here that I know is committed to this site they are trying there best to do there best

Thanks for the answer. I know what you mean. I must say, however, that the wars and the flaming seem to be only getting worse as time goes by. Management must take responsibility for that for which they are accountable.

Seems to me there has been a shortage of "mirror-looking-into" and a heavy dose of blustery bullshit designed to discredit anyone with a disenting point of view.

Glad you are staying on as a community member, look forward to your thoughts.
