The Court in First Instance of The Netherland Antilles residing in Curacao has ordered me, R******** C***** A******* by judgement of November 4th 2003, to declare that I have harassed Mr. Roberto Castiglioni and maliciously and falsely slandered his name and reputation under the nickname INTUITION BET, all statements made by me concerning Mr. Roberto Castiglioni are unlawful, defamatory and without merit. "

As of November 20th, Intuition Bet has been informed by The Staff at the Rx not to speak about Royal Sports, Roberto or his family. If he does so he will be banned.

is this a joke? a court actually took time to have a jugdement come down on what one poster said about royal sports?

if the guy does not apologize, what can the court do? beg him to obey?
