Sponge we definitely are not trying to keep you from playing games. From what I am being told is that we are indirectly being affected by the DoS attacks. BOS is being attacked and when the techs try and fight back it is causing occasional net lags for us. That is the reason for our service to be up and down over the last 3 days. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Here is our IP Address: 64.35.160.152 or you can reach us in the call center at 1-877-852-3896.

Thanks and good luck today!

You have to be kidding? For your scenario to work would mean that each of our clerks would have to be linesman also. So their job would not only be to answer the phones but also make sure that they know what each client wagerered on so that they can shade the line against them.

Now its true that the clerk could have went into our test account to read you a line but why should they. Their primary job is to get customers on and off the phones quickly while taking wagers.....we are not a line service.

Lets suppose that they did do that for you and read you a line in the test account. Now lets also suppose you liked the line and wanted to make a wager. You would then have to wait for the clerk to exit the test acct and enter your account while risking the number moving against you. I can already see those threads..."Bluegrass moved line against me after quoting price".

How do we win?

Heres another thing...that I was never going to say anything about....but this cookie bullshite they put you through......you have to ENABLE cookies before they let you log in......talk about a security risk for the player....hell they could put anything they want on your machine....they can look at any website you go to,.....hell if they were thieves (Which I DON'T think they are) they could even put spyware on your computer to figure out your key strokes on other gaming sites....call me nuts,.....and say this is the extreme....but give me a good reason they want you to enable cookies on your machine?

Good reason = sessions.
Realize it or not anything with a login relies on sessions. They can either be created with permanent or session cookies. Permanent cookies allow friendly features like "remembering" your account id for you.

They are NOT a security risk, and can only be set by the domain that set them.

Sponge,
You are making up reasons to bitch. Quit while your well behind, soon you'll be off the bs radar.

Lander.......your in protest of the Patriot act....and cookies dont bother you.....I tell you what...go to your tools tab on your computer.....click internet options...then click pricacy....so you can set your cookies......then read what it says as you adjust the cookies settings......the more cookies you allow,......the more vulnarable your maching is to spyware.

But your right...no more bitching about BG. Like I said...better than average out.....decent lines....never use customer service(except tonight) so really no comment....overall I WOULD RECOMEND THEM....is that better?

No hard feelings Sponge. I apologize also if I came across rough. I will find out about the cookies tomorrow when I speak to the techies. I absolutely know nothing about computers other than how to turn them on.

Shoot me an email at ted@betbg.com and I will try and work something out with you over the down time. I am leaving for the night but will respond back tomorrow afternoon.

Good night and good luck.

A while back I was looking into checking out your lines, but every time I tried to look I got this error. I allow almost all cookies (at least ones from lots of other books), but for some reason I can't get your site to work for me in IE. So I tried Opera and Netscape and I was getting just a little Java script with no page to load.

I am not a customer, so it is not a big deal I just moved on, but thought you all should be aware.

Thanks buddy for helping out with a tech issue. How much do I owe you?
