Whats up with Canbet?

They still haven't posted moneylines, totals and halftime lines on todays NCAA football. They haven't been posting overnight NBA/NHL lines and they used to put the football lines for the following week up by halftime of the Sunday night game.

They have been slow to put up NFL moneylines during the week.

Kenny, as a customer, you should call them and freely speak your concerns. As a customer they should kindly explain what their thinking is.

Actually I sent Canbet two emails yesterday which they never responded to.

Am I the only here who has noticed these changes with Canbet?

They are trying to turn a profit and aren't giving away the store anymore.

That is good on some levels, but bad as well.

My guess is that the move to the UK made it clear the differential between the tough offshore business and the easy gravy they have with domestic bettors. It looks like the things that probably could have been beaten easiest, hockey and half-times, are things they won't chase business for and they will stick with the 107 vig on football and basketball online because it is an excellent business model. I know some argue this point, but the bottom line is that the first movers that break from the playing nice and keeping up the vig for all books stand to make a lot of money. Those that don't shift to compete will struggle more and more each month IMO.
