how can you ban a advertiser on your site shrink

i gotta ask why you ban royal from posting over here. i mean, i can see it if they didn't advertise on your site maybe but come on they have a right to be here for customer service purposes if nothing else.

damn, this must be really bad for shrink to give up advertising over something like this but i guess if you ban royal from posting here i'm sure being the fair man the shrink is he banned IB as well right ?

well, at least ken was fair about it by banning them both but since royal is a paid advertiser how can royal give the customer service help in the forum ?

Both were given a "24" hour period to cool down so they can THINK before posting all of this personal crap on here..

oh ok, so it was a gagging and not a banning thing well now that makes since.

i will say this though you needed to do something about this problem and i know my opinion probly don't mean anything but i think you did make the right move in gagging the both of them for a short time and not banning them all togather.

both roberto and IB need to tone this down some here, there,and everywhere.

correct it wasn't a permanent ban..
just needed them to cool down..

we can't resolve anything with people just fighting back and forth ..

spitting gas into fires...

just a mess IMO
both seem to be good guys

but this has gotten out of hand

Please BAN BHB and The Major too. They are getting old and we can't have conflict.

i gotta be fair about this:

after looking back at the posts today IB didn't mention a word today about anything.

i just thought i should at least point that out to everyone hell,i must admit even i overlooked that myself.
