they do in costa rica, it is a fukking law. if they don't get it the policia come after their employers and shut them down. kind of funny that in an outlaw nation, the holiday business is like the only thing you don't fukk around with.

When a person has worked a year at a place they are entitled to 1 months salary at the end of the year....

Some of the more generous companies also give employees a Super Bowl bonus depending on how well the book performs during the season.

Worst case scenario the company buys pizza for everyone on Superbowl day.

I can bet you that if it wasn't because Costa Rica law makes them do it, more than one of those cheap a$$ bookmaker wouldn't give a penny to their clerks.

Not only that Dante, but at least I am a sick person, i can get pretty rude when i don't get my bets, I've had to call several times to apologize to clerks, is not their fault, but they're the only ones i can take out my frustration with at the time
