i did read most of that.......
after reading that you come to realize what an idiot that silver guy is, wether royal fuked him or not is irrelvant and he keeps going back to that, the idiot never got anything in writing, all verbal and he cries now that roberto is not a man of his word......................if silver has that little common sense its incredible that he ran the operation for 2 years, kind of makes you wonder
anyone who bad mouths Royal over this is an idiot, instead of beating royal up over this hit that silver guy in the head

Bill Dozer just copied a chat transcript and he changed his and mikes screen names and replaced them with bill for him and silver for mikes but he did miss one of silvers and the name instead says bodog88......is there any relation to teh bodog site or does he also have a bodog of his own

the only one that can be blamed for players having to do the rollover is MIKE and not ROYAL, you can say that royal is a peice of shit but MIKE left the window for that to happen..........IMO

Bdog probably stands for big dog or something else, popular name. Bodog being connected to GA would be like McDonalds owning the hotdog stand. You are not the first person to ask that though. A reckless person on another forum tried to make that connection. Unlikely.
That was a mistake for me to miss that name. I wouldn't want to take someone's availability away from contatcs if the guy had to change his IM name. I was actually going to write something up based on it only but as he told me he did not care I took a short cut.
The meaning of me asking for some of his time was the bailout/buyout issue was still sitting there with nothing being offered as Blue MArlin issues were following behind.
Anyways Royal states they took the 300k in liability and the site and didnt get a penny. Hence the bailout.
The site alone with its new customers were worth a nice chunk a change. The advertising is paid up for a year at some major places. MS estimated 100k worth and since that is verfifiable there isnt a reason for people to say he is lying. There was also the roll over which was worth a nice chunk a change as well. I still contest that this was a buyout.
I was also surprised when he said GA was not broke, he just wanted to sell and GA people actually had my money but it was Royal's problem.

Bottom line is this.....
If a Royal can potentially trade assets under the players microscope they can be taken advantage of in a major way. Books will be bought out frequently as the acquiring book yells bail and the original walks into the dark w/ some of your money.
You cannot acquire a site (one you seek), all its paid up advertising, customers, and a roll over with a street value of 30% of post up and call it a bailout because you know players are desperate. (not to mention one sides say post up money was gven and one doesn't and neither has docs)
Neither side had the docs they owe the player but some of it is laid right out. It is also worth noting that Royal did help a few BMarlin players for free.

Well I dont look at the nonbusiness like aspects. I'm not concerned with side motives and whos friends with who. As you read in the chat interview its obvious GA did.....
But you are just looking on the surface like so many did who flamed me for asking Royal to show me how they got my money.
Lets say GA sold your account to them. And the 2nd book added a 20x rollover to make money. There is 2 parties involved skimming off your account. You'll have to go back and read the archives to get the real gist of it all.
