Why is it that every poker room or sportsbook is "licenced" with that phucking Kahnawake Gaming commission? Don't and won't ever play at any book or poker room associated with them. It is a lawless territory on a reserve near Montreal. I have been in contact with the R.C.M.P about the legalities of this outfit and how it can be operated on Canadian soil and all they said was to contact the Quebec authorities and the run around to get a straight answer is like a dog chasing his tail, you just get tired out. The R.C.M.P are afraid of another Oka type standoff so they are steering clear of any involvment, so which leads me to believe how would anyone be able to use the commission to settle a dispute when their first (I think) went to SPORTSINTERACTION. I have heard of some people trying to go the offices of the commission and SIA but they are heavily guarded.
