I was out on the town this weekend, and I can tell you that HANDS DOWN the WORST sportsbook in town is at NY/NY. It's about the size of your closet and they don't want you to watch the games there, they funnel you to the ESPNZone for overpriced beers and food.
Try either Bellagio, Mirage or TI. Nice, comfortable seats and complimentary cocktail service with large TVs.
