Dear Blue Marlin Clients:

Thanks again for you enormous patience and understanding.

In the next 72 hours, it is my intention, barring any unforeseen last minute circumstances, to announce the sale of Blue Marlin Sports.

The buyer is not only a familiar name to the off-shore world but an entity with enormous resources to insure proper credit for all players.

Sincerely,

Reggie
Blue Marlin Sports

Something Fishy Going On: Blue Marlin Recovery Plans Underway

Christopher Costigan, Sports911.com

Reggie, owner of Blue Marlin, really had me fooled. I'm not easy to fool but I am hearing from more and more people that this guy and his partner had preconceived a plan to screw over players long before the start of this football season. Maybe he will miraculously come up with a buyer or decide to turn over the post up monies that were not yet frozen by NETeller. The chances of this happening are slim considering Reggie really has done little to keep websites such as this one abreast of what is transpiring. Right now, we are in full swing trying to get affected players taken care of.

Most of 911 readers are being placed at least partially in the Sports-Gambling.com program, which is maxed at a $5000 deposit full 100 percent back with 10 time rollover. Various arrangements are currently being made behind the scenes. My readers will all be taken care of to some extent, though $5000 and up it's all about bailouts.

The absolute latest to get information into me will be this Tuesday November 25. Affected players who only wish to participate in the Sports-Gambling.com bailout may do so without contacting me, just be sure that all the information jives. We have quite a few people who decided to take advantage of this program today.

Players who are contacting me now will more than likely be placed in bailouts that require a deposit.

I am stepping up the pace on this process now that most of the damage has been assessed. Each player will be notified by email or phone as to what plan they qualify for.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to Patrick McIrish of TheRx.com who has assisted a number of players, some of whom patronize both websites. This has been extremely helpful here.

For more information, questions, concerns, please contact me at STINGCC@aol.com.

I would have no problems with it if true. Maybe with the locked up Neteller gone he needs a new buyer now to get those monies? LOL. Seriously though if someone will step up and pay these players that's good news, looked as though not everybody was going to get any assistance. I am sort of surprised someone appeared this late in all this since he's been trying to sell it but late is better than nothing. I am sure something can always be figured out for the people who have already been bailed out. For the players benefit I will ask Reggie to keep us updated on when/if the sale goes through. Thanks.

This means that Blue Marlin would still be an active sportsbook if the buy goes through?

general, yes that would be my assumption if they were indeed bought out
