I have never did a chargeback, and never had reason to consider it. Is it as simple as telling the CC company that you changed your mind or do you propose some type of a fake reason? Does the CC company not review both sides of the issue? I just want to get a bit more info on the topic.

Thanks

Once you tell your bank that the transactions were gaming related they pretty much do everything automatically, they dont bother to check the other side of the story because under US law gaming debt is non collectable, they might put something in your file that says that you used the cc for gambling purposes in case that they have any penalty associated (that is, they might not be very happy with you since you did something technically illegal)

BOOKS get KILLED every month with CHARGEBACKS. Not a damn thing they can do about it.

Asking for FAX AUTH is just a deterrent, BOOKS lose all the DISPUTES anyway.

But if one does enuff chargebacks, they will fuk up thier credit.

But yes General its that simple. Just call the card company you didnt make the purchase, and thats it, no guestions asked.

General,

Are you a complete idiot? Why in the world would you post just how to scam a book? It amazes me that lack of knowledge it takes to be a moderator here.

how would you feel if you owned a business and someone took out ad in the local newspaper on how to beat you out of making money? I guess that a stupid question...idiots like you neve own anything!

I guess my lack of kissing books azz is in question today. Atleast it is different than most days where we're accused of kissing books azz.

Fix the loopholes, don't blame me or the forum for asking questions.

Good day

Sr. Muny....if what you say is true.."everyone around here already knows the scam" Then why would anyone ever advertise here.....the idea behind advertising is to gain new customers....but if the only people that come here know all there is to know....then I guess this site doesnt get very much "new" traffic.

As for playing with myself.....my boy....are you in 6th grade?

General....another stupid reply "fix the loop holes" Tell me genius...exactly how would one go about doing that? Tell everyone they need to send cash? Tell everyone they have to use WU? Tell everyone they have to pay those enormous fees to netteller? Oh I know...lets march right inot those Credit Card companies...and just tell them ow stupid they are for not hearing our side of it. It worked so well for Jay Cohen standing up to the USA.

And to think...you get paid to post

as far as I know, visa's policy is that once you don't have authorized access to one's card ( signed paper) you are taking the risk of a chargeback.I have made myself one long time ago,an online shop(not sportsbook) had charged me twice the same amount

Not sure why you feel so compelled to argue sponge. But since you are the one who feels like answering I have some questions.

Is there a period of time once the charge has been made that it is to late to do a chargeback?

I'm going to step out of this "discussion" for fear I might truly speak my mind regarding the starter of this topic.

General...sorry!

I started to write and let my emotions get the best of me. I just dont understand why you would put this out in a public domain. You want those answers....ask a book owner you might know (in private) why would you want to put the thought in anyones mind?

I just get tired of reading some of the crap posted here....I think the site is a great site for information (if you understand the agendas of the posters) But its mistakes like bluemarlin....GA....etc..that make me sick of places like this....places like this tout any book that will give them money.

Sponge, No need to apologize, but thanks. I see your reasons for concern. I am Sorry too for aggravating you. My mind works as a player mostly not a sportsbook defender.

The forum is here for players and books to ask questions regarding issues which we see/hear about pertaining to offshore gambling.

If being a moderator reduces my ability to ask an honest question, then fuk me.

Maybe I'm wrong, but not so sure. If so, It will not be the last time.

I have every right to ask any question I like here & you have every right to disagree with it. If you think I would start a topic to try and educate scammers on purpose, then you need to pay more attention.

I am under the impression that the ability to uses CC's to post-up very, very limited right now?
