I'm asking because those lines have been 'dead' a LOONNNGGG time - check Royal's site to see what I mean. Probably just a case of slow electrons this morning from Royal, due to yet another mass corona ejection from the Sun.

Weird. I just emailed Roberto and my contact in their IT deparment. We had a similiar problem with Intertops once where there was a small bug on their end that was easily fixed. Hopefully, the same will hold true here.

Ok, I just emailed Roberto Corleon and within minutes his IT guy had the problem fixed. I said thank you, then I head a few whimpers like "Mr. Corleon I swear I meant no disrespect. You're like a father ..", than I heard what sounded like a grinder, then some screams, and then the phone went to static.
Well, anyway, the important thing is that the lines are fixed.
