I had a problem with my account and thought I would email him first rather than crying wolf on the board. Sure enough, Jake took care of it and all is well. Thanks for the compliments. I really appreciate it. DonB, thanks. I was always confident that we would show everybody that we are a solid and reliable company. I am also glad that so many agenda driven posters were shown to be exactly that...folks with an agenda, not "inside info". I gotta say it gets frustrating sometimes, but when your clients take the time to say thanks...it makes it all worth it. Have a good one and best of luck!
