This is an excerpt form Reggie's email to customers. I'm seeing people getting buyout offers from other books for their entire balances with BM. My question is, if there isn't sufficient capital to pay all IN FULL, how much is there? Shouldn't whatever amount that you DO have already been distributed? Even if it's 50 cents or 25 cents whatever on a dollar? Why no further communications from this guy?
