HOLLYWOOD SPORTS WITHDRAWAL HELP....NO RESPONSES

A simple question for assistance.

Emailed Hollywood for withdrawal question earlier this week and received no response.
Days later, requested minor withdrawal of $400.00 which was stated would be taken care of within 24 hours. Still no response.

Any information that anyone can provide?

Cannot believe middle of the week and they cannot respond to an email or issue a minor withdrawal.

Anybody have any thoughts, information or recommendations on this situation?

Thank you in advance for anyone's input.

why are there so many assholes complaining when they didn't even make a damn call....

sometimes the email could get lost or sth..

We have processed every single payout request in our usual prompt manner. I have consulted with our C.S. Department and nobody knows of one single pending request. We have not received one single e-mail we haven't answered.

Given the current times, this is an issue that might have serious implications and I REALLY wanna get on this PERSONALLY right now.

I asked a f**king question to the forum.
Have had dealings with Canbet, Olympic, WSEX, Aces for years. Canbet and Olympic probably know me by my first name. Just ask Wally or Margaret at Olympic.
Not familiar with Hollywood and tried them out to support RX and their contests.

Sure I will call. Just more difficult at work and like to try the email first. Also when requesting a withdrawal with other companies, never have to call them.

I did in turn email Will at Hollywood and all I was asking for was some input on Hollywood. Not familiar with them. Didnt feel the need to go running to The General. Just was asking for some help or advice. If this is not what the forum is about. I apologize.
I never said or demanded anything or stated anything improper.

Glad to hear they are solid and that pretty much answers that. I will speak to Will and have my questions answered. They responded here immediately and that is AWESOME. SO obviously the forum worked for me.

I will focus on Capping and gaining and giving input and never again bother anyone again.
What was I thinking?

Spooky, others here might not have been so gentle, but I think everybody agrees that should you have such a problem anywhere else in the future the way to NOT handle it is to post a SCREAMING headline on a public board accusing them of slow pay. Pick up the phone. If you are given BS or treated rudely then by all means come running here.

I always post my topics in caps. Obviously not a wise move this time.
Just was looking for thoughts and boy did I get them.
Wasnt familiar with Hollywood at all.
Will and Hollywood emailed me immediately and situation is resolved.
I am grateful for how they handled the situation and will continue to play with them.
Which I like to think is there gain.

Wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving next week and appreciate your constructive opinions.
