With all due respect, if our lines service goes down it is because of temporary networking issues or upgrades. These are rare occurances, and I assure you that we do all we can to keep our service up at all times and provide the best product that we can provide.
On the other hand, I have learned that BCBets intentionally pulled their feed from the RX as a childish means for getting a better position. We had 14, now 13, books, so as you can imagine not everyone can be first. We were not told of BC's intents until AFTER we contacted them to inquire about the feed being down. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Now BC as a shop - i'd trust a huge chunk of bank there, but as a partner with the lines, we simply cannot work together with a book that is seemingly working against us.
I wish BCBets the best of luck. I was a satisfied player with their book, as I suspect everyone else has been.
