Neteller Fees?

Before withdraws via cheques (regular mail) through Neteller used to be FREE.

But why now they charge $2 for each cheque???
I think they should at least give a free withdraw each month (say $500 or more)

Good luck getting the fees reduced at an unregulated monopoly.

at first it was $0 or FREE
then they changed to $1
now it's $2
