Oh, you'll be back, don't worry. We've all been exactly where you have been and have lost a ton in one night and tell ourselves that we are quitting, and question why we ever even gamble, and swear that we have put in our last bets ever, and then within 2 days, we are betting again. No one has yet been able to actually quit after saying they quit, unless it's financially impossible because they really are broke.
If I had 25 cents for every time I heard someone tell me they are quitting gambling for good, I'd be a multi millionnaire.

He is trying to force himself to quit by cutting his ties..... Starting with the forum it looks like. I once got drunk yrss ago and emailed all my books. Told them what a shitty establishment they had and their mom's were apes. Needless to say I was still able to put my plays in the next weekend.
try what I do - I screwed up today and had thought Pitt was going a good deal higher than 8.5, and of course was wrong, so covered at 9.5 once I accepted I was going to lose the vig, and then they won by 9. Go figure.

Can't tell you how many times I have done that. Take a lead on a game and then get very little movement. I decide to eat the vig and then watch as the only number that could hit land.
