I would think Blue Marlin would be as well.
I don't know the facts and figures of either deal but apparently BM was around for 8 years and always paid promptly. They must have a decent to good size customer base that a buyer could make money off.
GA on the other hand, had a very small base and probably mostly bonus whores.
Seems like the first one would be more attractive.
