It can be a player, coach, owner or announcer. My vote goes to Warren Saap. Who is your choice??

Good call, Michael 777. Vitale puts the LOUD in loudmouth. I swear, he's the favorite broadcaster of the hearing impaired.

Most aggravating loudmouth to me would be Keyshawn Johnson, an average receiver with undue media attention and monster ego.

Actually, I have come to enjoy Rome over time. I am often in my vehicle while his radio show is on. After listening to him for a few weeks, I find him to be extremely well-informed and downright hilarious at times.

As for this question, he pales in comparison to Sapp, Keyshon Johnson, Kellen Winslow, Jr., Deion Sanders, Michael Irving and so many more!!

Being in Canada cuts down on his publicity, but there is no more annoying and stupid loudmouth than Don Cherry. Amazing you can be an ass, talk good only about players from about 3 NHL teams and be considered both a legend and a national resource.

Dick Vitale - he absolutely ruins a game for me, I literally can't tolerate his stupid, boring and inane 'Dickisms' - so like tonight, I muted the TV once again and put some music on to watch the Gonzaga game. And I'd kill never to hear Dickie's stupid fvcking horse laugh again, I swear.

Rome probably is the worst but I never listen to him anyway now: it's much easier not listening to him because he's got nothing I want to watch, like a goddamn basketball game.

Athletes, I don't care about, I don't listen to them much anyway, except when I can't help it, like Charles Barkley on some broadcasts, but at least HE can be funny.
