The Indiana Gaming Commission has approved a rule that will allow compulsive gamblers to ban themselves from Indiana riverboats. Participants would be allowed to ban themselves for one year or longer. Those on the list who gamble can be charged with trespassing and are not allowed to collect any winnings. The rule stipulates that Indiana's ten riverboats would not be allowed to cash checks, issue credit to, or send direct marketing to people on the list. The rule must be approved by the Attorney General before it takes effect.

Ban yourself, and if you violate your own ban, then you can hit yourself in the mouth.

i have no problem with laws like this... They allow the person, not the state to make decsions about vice for themselves.
